I have been using Preview for all my PDF works including scanning from paper documents. The printer is HP Officejet Pro 8620. And I am able to scan multiple pages via the automatic document feeder without any problem so far. Everything is perfect.

I have an Officejet Pro 8620 that has worked fin until I tried using it today (a while since I last used it). MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.4.5 The last time it worked fine would certainly have been before the most recent OS update, by I can't recall exactly when, but I am pretty sure it was in 17 April.

But today, I am not able to scan multiple pages, although the printer did scan all the pages but the Preview app only show ONLY the first page.



What my first suspect is the new Mac OS Serria which I updated recently. Maybe I am wrong, but what else can I do. Please do not ask me to call or contact HP support (I rather commit suicide than talk with them)
