015 Hi, for one reason that I don't know, my wireless keyboard stopped working...It is not a battery case, cause i change it...the story is...The mouse wanted new battery so I change it for both mouse and keyboard...but for some reason the mouse had not have a regular wireless range...anyway...after that the keyboard was not working...but started to work again but the multimedia keys weren't working...so I set up the drivers again..but nothing happend..so I pressed connect at the back of the keyboard and suddenly it stop working at all.....so the mouse is working fine but the keyboard no....i tryied to connect several times but nothing happend....and i can login to windows cause i have password that i can't wright...I use windows xpplease I need you help..thanx a lot...015

I suppose you should reset the keyboard and mouse and maybe the access point itself. Try find small buttons on each devise and press them AT THE TIME. You may need somebody's help. Those buttos can by hidden under mouse and keyboard and should be on the top of the access point. This depend on the model, so please reffer to a manual.
