Can someone PLEASE make me a Skype Portable version 6.21 PLEASE? I am on Windows 7 -32bit I have searched the web and cant find a portable version of 6.21 or 6.22 Skype ( all links are dead ) i am unable to install any versions of Skype on the computer, keep getting ERROR CODE 2: Cannot find file.

They forgot the Wins 7 crowd which are more than Wins 8 and just refined Skype for Wins 8. If I could get back the old Version 6.14.104 I would get rid of this Desktop Version.
